The service includes security using technical means (SOT and video surveillance), including response by security personnel at the Smilets hub station operated by ESO EAD, UMER Ruse, Silistra Department. The site specified in the particular contract shall be guarded under a continuous round-the-clock /24-hour/ security regime from 0:00 to 24:00, which includes the recording of and response to signals received in the Contractor's duty unit from technical equipment at the site, for the purpose of protecting the property and the integrity of the site. If necessary, a mobile security team (vehicle patrol) shall be provided in the guarded area and, upon receipt of an alarm signal, the necessary actions shall be taken to prevent and stop unlawful entry into the sites and attacks on the guarded property.
