At Filipovo electrical substation, area and emergency lighting and an alarm security system (SOT) covering the substation’s work premises have been installed. The video surveillance system covers all enclosed work premises, the perimeter of the facility, as well as the area of the 110 kV outdoor switchgear. The perimeter security system covers the external perimeter of the 110 kV outdoor switchgear, with no blind spots. The fire alarm system covers all work premises at the facility. The following equipment has been installed at the facility: a fire alarm system, a video surveillance system and an SOT system, perimeter security and access control. The scope of the procurement provides for inspections of the SOT, perimeter security, video surveillance and access control systems and inspections of the fire alarm system. Procedure: open.
