Opportunity description

The procurement includes the preparation of an investment project at the “Working Design” phase and the exercise of designer’s supervision for the site: “Implementation of energy efficiency measures and major renovation of the building of ППМГ „Д. Чинтулов“ and ПГПЗЕ „З. Стоянов“”. The contractor must prepare a working design for all parts. The building whose major renovation is the subject of the design is used for the needs of two schools: ППМГ "Добри Чинтулов" and ПГПЗЕ "Захарий Стоянов". The project must include the following interventions: 1. Implementation of measures in accordance with the completed energy efficiency assessment: thermal insulation of external walls, roof and floor; replacement of window and door frames and glazing; supply and installation of air-to-air heat pump systems and/or a VRF system; replacement of lighting fixtures in the common areas; supply and installation of a 50kWр photovoltaic system, complete with a monocrystalline photovoltaic panel, inverter, battery and freestanding structure with counterweights; ancillary activities relating to the energy efficiency measures. 2. Implementation of measures in accordance with the technical assessment of the building: supply and installation of an elevator for an accessible environment; supply and installation of a stairlift; construction of new toilets; repair of the pavement around the building and installation of new paving and an accessible environment for people with disabilities; supply and installation of fire barriers; replacement of the emergency and evacuation lighting in the building. 3. Interior renovation, including: replacement of floor coverings; internal alteration of some of the premises; plastering, priming and painting of rooms and classrooms; renovation of existing toilets; replacement of the electrical installation; renovation of the basement; construction of a video surveillance system in rooms, corridors and common areas; replacement of interior doors, etc. The contractor, through separate qualified persons who are the authors of the design documentation for the respective parts, will exercise designer’s supervision in accordance with the requirements of Article 162 of the ZUT and the performance contract. The exercise of designer’s supervision by the designers of the respective parts guarantees the accurate execution of the project, compliance with architectural, technological and construction rules and standards, as well as the preparation of the design documentation for commissioning the site. ​​​​​​​ Procedure: open.
