Opportunity description

The public procurement procedure aims to select contractors to supply bedding inventory and bed linen for children aged 1 to 3 years, for the needs of the municipal nurseries in the territory of Varna Municipality, divided into 2 lots. (1) Under lot No. 1, the following shall be carried out: supply of bedding inventory for children aged 1 to 3 years for the needs of 12 municipal nurseries in the territory of Varna Municipality, outside the list under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the ZOP, including protectors for children’s mattresses/pads and children’s fleece blankets, in accordance with the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1.1), an integral part of the instructions for participation. (2) Quantity and volume: The estimated quantity for 48 months and the types of items are described in the Technical Specification for lot No. 1, an integral part of the instructions for participation. The quantities specified in the Technical Specification are indicative, and during the performance of the public procurement contract, the Contracting Authority will order the required quantities of items depending on its needs for the respective year. (3) The scope, main parameters and conditions under which the activities included in the public procurement procedure will be performed shall be determined for each specific award—an internal competitive selection pursuant to Art. 82, paras. 3 and 4 of the ZOP. (1) Under lot No. 2, the following shall be carried out: supply of bedding inventory and bed linen, including children’s summer and winter nightgowns, children’s sheets, children’s lightweight duvets, tablecloths, hand towels and children’s bibs, included in the list under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the ZOP, for children aged 1 to 3 years, for the needs of 12 municipal nurseries in the territory of Varna Municipality, in accordance with the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1.2), an integral part of the instructions for participation. (2) Quantity and volume: The estimated quantity for 48 months and the types of items are described in the Technical Specification for lot No. 2, an integral part of the instructions for participation. The quantities specified in the Technical Specification are indicative, and during the performance of the public procurement contract, the Contracting Authority will order the required quantities of items depending on its needs for the respective year.
