Subject of the public procurement: “Engineering execution – design, execution of construction and installation works and exercise of designer’s supervision during construction for the site: Community Center for Early Childhood Development (ОЦРДР)”. 2. Description of the subject of the public procurement: The subject of the public procurement includes the following activities: 2.1.PREPARATION OF AN INVESTMENT PROJECT at the “Detailed Design” stage for: -construction of a new single-story building for a community center for early childhood development (ОЦРДР) with a capacity of 30 places, with a minimum built-up area of 1000 m2, and implementation of site improvement and landscaping activities for the adjacent outdoor space in land property with identifier 65766.702.4482. -Removal of all existing buildings in land property with identifier 65766.702.4482. The total area of the property is 11 974 m2. 2.2.EXERCISE OF DESIGNER’S SUPERVISION during the execution of the construction and installation works in accordance with the requirements of Art. 162, para. 2 and para. 3 of the Spatial Development Act. 2.3.EXECUTION OF THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION WORKS for the removal of all existing buildings, construction of a new single-story building for a community center for early childhood development (ОЦРДР) with a capacity of 30 places, with a minimum built-up area of 1000 m2, and implementation of site improvement and landscaping activities for the adjacent outdoor space in land property with identifier 65766.702.4482. The detailed execution requirements are in accordance with the Technical Specification, an integral part of the participation documentation. The Contracting Authority will conclude a framework agreement only with a participant who meets the selection criteria and whose tender meets the conditions announced in advance. The framework agreement will be concluded with one person – the participant ranked first and designated as the contractor. All conditions are set out in the Framework Agreement. Pursuant to Art.82, para.1 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority concludes a public procurement contract by applying these conditions. The Contracting Authority will conclude a Contract for the award of the public procurement after funding has been secured. As of the date of opening the procedure, funding has not been secured.1.
