The subject matter of the public procurement procedure is the selection of a contractor for periodic supplies of cleaning products, preparations, consumables, etc. for the needs of the Medical University of Varna, hereinafter referred to as “goods/items” or “cleaning products,” in accordance with the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1.1÷No. 1.4). The procurement includes supplies of goods requested in advance and specified by type and quantity. The quantity of the requested goods shall be determined by the Contracting Authority depending on specific needs and financial availability. The quantities stated in the documentation are estimates for the term of the contract and will be used in evaluating the tenders. Each participant must submit a tender for all items included in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1.1÷No. 1.3). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the stated quantities of goods according to its needs and financial availability. The estimated quantities subject to supply under the public procurement procedure are 128 items, totaling 54 911 units, 20 kg, 1 032 packages, 20 625 packets and 10 200 rolls of cleaning products, hygiene materials, consumables, etc. for the needs of the Medical University of Varna. The estimated value of this public procurement procedure is 115 000 (one hundred and fifteen thousand) euros excluding VAT, divided into three lots, as follows: Lot No. 1 – “Supply of cleaning products and consumables for the needs of the Medical University of Varna,” with an estimated value of 60 000 (sixty thousand) euros excluding VAT; Lot No. 2 – “Supply of cleaning products, powders, disinfectants, soaps and other items pursuant to Article 12 of the Public Procurement Act for the needs of the Medical University of Varna,” with an estimated value of 40 000 (forty thousand) euros excluding VAT; Lot No. 3 – “Supply of cleaning products, preparations, polyethylene bags, cloths, buckets and other items pursuant to Article 12 of the Public Procurement Act for the needs of the Medical University of Varna,” with an estimated value of 15 000 (fifteen thousand) euros excluding VAT; The subject matter of the lot is the selection of a contractor for periodic supplies of cleaning preparations and consumables for the needs of the Medical University of Varna, in accordance with the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1.1 and 1.4). The estimated quantities subject to supply under Lot No. 2 are 36 items, totaling 8 865 units. The subject matter of the lot is the selection of a contractor for periodic supplies of cleaning products, preparations, polyethylene bags, cloths, buckets and other items pursuant to Article 12 of the Public Procurement Act for the needs of the Medical University of Varna, in accordance with the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1.3 and 1.4). The procurement includes supplies of goods requested in advance and specified by type and quantity. The quantity of the requested goods shall be determined by the Contracting Authority depending on specific needs and financial availability. The quantities stated in the documentation are estimates for the term of the contract and will be used in evaluating the tenders.
