The procurement includes regularly, periodically, additionally and incidentally performed activities for the deep cleaning and sanitization of facilities in the building stock of UMHAT “Sveti Georgi” EAD – Plovdiv—hospital rooms, sanitary facilities, walls, windows, stairways and other facilities in the building stock of the medical institution, located in the city of Plovdiv, 15a Vasil Aprilov Blvd. and 66 Peshtersko Shose Blvd. Scope, description, frequencies and schedule of the services—The deep cleaning of hospital rooms and premises in inpatient wards includes: washing window frames and panes/пр./, doors/вр./, glazed partitions/прегр.ост./, aluminum and/or external blinds/щ./, mosquito screens/к./, complete cleaning of the structures of hospital beds/л./, including the wheels and mattresses, wall protectors, doors/вр./ and aluminum-frame partitions with or without glazing in the units, wardrobes/г./ and hospital bedside cabinets/ш./ for patients’ personal belongings, terraces with railings, stairwells with railings and their adjoining doors and windows, complete washing of the bathroom/б./ and toilet/т./ with the tiles/пл./, toilet unit—especially inside, sink with faucet/м./, shower with faucets/д./, mirror/о./. Particularities and special requirements: Mandatory prior and comprehensive coordination by the cleaners with the senior medical specialist or, if absent, with the unit’s deputy senior medical specialist, under whose direct supervision and control the cleaning will be carried out. Where necessary, the senior medical specialist relocates patients, vacates premises, enables the cleaning employees to work, monitors compliance with the internal regulations and the provision of the treatment and diagnostic process, accepts the work performed while monitoring and being responsible for its quality, signs the activity report upon approval and submits it to the Chief Medical Nurse for verification. Given the height of the windows on the floors, compliance by external personnel with occupational safety rules must be taken into account, with the medical institution bearing no liability in the event of an accident, as well as for their compliance with the internal regulations. The contractor must be able to fulfill cleaning requests arising from extraordinary needs and/or on an urgent basis. Schedule for deep cleaning and sanitization of the units at UMHAT “Sveti Georgi” EAD, city of Plovdiv /Suitable time range from 13:00 to 17:00.
