The subject of this public procurement is a “supply” within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, whereby the selected contractor shall ensure the delivery, commissioning, and warranty support of monitors, displays, and presentation equipment divided into four separate lots: Lot No. 1: Monitors – 600 units; Lot No. 2: Interactive displays – 100 units; Lot No. 3: Presentation equipment – 400 units; Lot No. 4: Television sets – 50 units. The subject of the public procurement will be performed through requested periodic deliveries. The frequency of deliveries will depend on the specific needs of the end users (requesters – departments/units, faculties, etc. within the administrative structure of the Contracting Authority). For the performance of the subject of the procurement, the selected contractor shall ensure the delivery, assembly/installation, commissioning, and warranty support of 50 television sets.
