The performance requirements are described in detail in the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification - Annex No. 1. The subject of the public procurement is the provision of out-of-warranty maintenance of hardware and software resources for building network infrastructure for the needs of the Regional Health Inspectorates (RHIs) under the Ministry of Health (MoH). The components subject to maintenance are: 1. Dell PowerEdge R740XD - 14 units – maintenance must be provided until 04.06.2029; 2. VMware vSphere Foundation - 672 cores – maintenance must be provided until 22.06.2029; 3. PowerStore 500 T - 1 unit – maintenance must be provided until 04.06.2029; 4. PowerProtect Data Manager Foundation backup software - 28 processors – maintenance must be provided for 36 months; 5. PowerProtect DD6400 - 1 unit – maintenance must be provided until 04.06.2029. *** Maintenance includes diagnostics, delivery of the necessary spare parts, replacement of defective components, restoration of the equipment’s operability, and performance of the necessary software activities in order to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of the devices. *** The performance requirements are described in detail in the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification – Annex No. 1 *** As of the date of the decision to open the procedure, funding has not been secured. The rules of Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act apply. *** Performance deadlines: 1. Deadline for arranging maintenance - up to 15 working days from the date on which the Contractor is notified that funding under the contract has been secured and the Contractor provides the specified performance guarantee, in compliance with the conditions of the draft contract. 2. Maintenance period – specified above in the document, as well as in Table No. 1 of the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification – Annex No. 1. *** The tenderer must be duly authorized by the respective manufacturers of the hardware and software products described in Table No. 1 of the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification – Annex No. 1, or by their official representatives, to distribute/supply the offered products/services within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The tenderer in the public procurement procedure shall demonstrate compliance with the stated requirement by attaching to its Technical Proposal an authorization letter or another equivalent document issued by the manufacturer or its official representative in Bulgarian or accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian; Where the tenderer in the public procurement procedure submits an authorization letter from an official representative of the manufacturer (or an equivalent document), the tender must also include an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer (or an equivalent document in Bulgarian or accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian), authorizing the manufacturer’s official representative to grant authorization to third parties.
