The public procurement includes the following activities: SECTION A: New construction, major repair /rehabilitation/, reconstruction of the street and road network, their structures and appurtenances, and other related activities within the territory of Stara Zagora Municipality – new construction of the street network, municipal roads, national roads /under an agreement protocol with the National Road Infrastructure Fund/, and their structures and appurtenances; restoration and increase of the load-bearing capacity of the road pavement and structures by replacing worn layers and strengthening the structures in line with the increase in motor vehicle traffic; drainage measures; changes to the road alignment and longitudinal profile, etc. Repair and restoration of the sidewalk areas of the street network by replacing the sidewalk surfaces and strengthening their structure. SECTION B: Routine repair of street/road surfaces – includes activities to improve and maintain the road pavement in good condition. Routine repair work is carried out systematically along the entire length of the street or road and aims to ensure a pavement condition corresponding to the planned service level.
