The subject of this public procurement is the performance of construction and installation works for the routine repair of the street and road infrastructure within the territory of the city of Pleven, the mayoralties without an independent budget, the municipal road network and local roads: 1/ For the city of Pleven - Central urban area, with the boundaries of the area including the streets: “Balgarska Aviatsiya” St. from the boundary of the city of Pleven, “Ivan Mindilikov” St., “G.M. Dimitrov” St. to the boundary of the city of Pleven, “Al. Stamboliyski” St., “Doyran” St., “Gen. At. Stefanov” St., “Hr. Botev” Blvd., “Probuda” St., “St. Mihaylovski” St., “Kl. Ohridski” St., “Evropa” Blvd., “Ruse” Blvd. to the boundary of the city of Pleven; 2/ Other settlements in Pleven Municipality - the village of Kartozhabene; Municipal road network (ObPM) - LOV1054, PVN1147, PVN3149, PVN1150, PVN3143; Other - local roads and alleys in the “Kaylaka” locality. The main groups of activities to be performed are as follows: Preparatory works - dismantling, breaking up, excavation and transportation (estimated quantity – 6000 sq.m.) Curbs and sidewalks - supply and installation of various types of curbs; construction and repair of sidewalk pavements, transportation (estimated quantity: curbs – 500 linear m, sidewalks – 400 sq.m.) Road base of aggregate materials, transportation (estimated quantity – 200 cubic m) Preparation of asphalt pavement Asphalting - manually and mechanically with various types of asphalt-concrete mixtures, transportation (estimated quantity – 6000 sq.m.) Facilities - repair and construction of concrete channels, inspection chambers, drains, transportation (estimated quantity – 40 units) Machinery and transportation The subject of the public procurement also includes the performance of the following activities related to the implementation of the construction works: supply and incorporation into the construction works of the necessary construction products (construction materials) conforming to the technical specifications; performance of the necessary tests and laboratory analyses; preparation of construction documentation; remedying deficiencies identified upon handover of the works; The quantities (Weighting coefficient) specified in the Price List are estimates and serve only for evaluating the submitted tenders.
