The purpose of the public procurement is the “Performance of construction, major repairs, reconstruction and rehabilitation of the road and street network, road facilities (bridges, culverts, pedestrian and vehicle underpasses and overpasses) and elements of the technical infrastructure for the needs of Lovech Municipality.” The implementation of the public procurement aims to improve the transport and operational characteristics of the streets in the populated areas of Lovech Municipality and the municipal road network, increase the safety of vehicle and pedestrian traffic, as well as travel comfort. The contracting authority will provide the contractor with approved implementation designs and effective Building Permits. The category of the construction works will be Category Three to Category Five, pursuant to Article 137(1) of the Spatial Development Act.
