Opportunity description

The subject of this public procurement is the selection of a contractor to carry out construction and installation works for the project: “Rehabilitation of road VTR 1161/III-4004, Gorsko Novo Selo – Zlataritsa – Rosno – Kalaydzhii – Sredno Selo – Dalgi Pripek, section Gorna Hadzhiyska – Sredno Selo – third and fourth stages”, comprising: Stage III – section in the village of Dolno Shivachevo – from km 11+213 to km 11+777 within the regulated area; Stage IV – section in the village of Kalaydzhii – from km 13+770 to km 15+239 within the regulated area. The project constitutes part of an investment project for the rehabilitation of municipal road VTR 1161/III-4004. Construction shall be carried out on the basis of an approved investment project and in accordance with the legislation in force. Pursuant to Art. 137 of the Spatial Development Act and Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction works, the construction is Category III. Under a public procurement procedure conducted in 2023, a contract was concluded for the implementation of the second, third and fourth stages of the rehabilitation. The second stage was completed, while the construction and installation works for the third and fourth stages were not carried out due to a lack of secured financing. Procedure: open.
