The subject matter of this public procurement includes the performance of delivery/deliveries, against written request/requests from the Contracting Authority or persons authorized by it, of materials, consumables and spare parts for construction for the needs of the General Directorate “Border Police” – Ministry of Interior and its territorial units, in accordance with the technical specification and all requirements of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority has the right to request types and quantities of goods according to its needs (less or more than those specified in the technical specification) within the total estimated value and is not obliged to request all types and quantities of goods.
