The subject of this public procurement is the periodic supply of construction materials for the needs of Municipal Enterprise “Cleanliness”, Kyustendil. The volume of supplies under the contract shall be determined by written request, according to the needs of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, with no limitations on the number of requests over time. Each request shall be made by authorized representatives of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY and sent to the CONTRACTOR's email address (by email or through an electronic system). The receipt and handover of the delivery under the specific order shall be carried out by type and quantity with a handover protocol signed by both parties in two copies. The delivery date shall be deemed to be the date on which the handover protocol is signed by the Contracting Authority. The quantities specified in the technical specification are estimates, and the Contracting Authority is not bound to use them in full. Full information regarding the scope, volume, and technical requirements for the performance of the public procurement is described and regulated in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the participation documentation.
