Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public procurement is the provision of consulting services within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act, whereby the contractor selected for the public procurement shall perform consulting services related to the provision of designer supervision during the execution of the project: “Reconstruction, change of use, and implementation of energy efficiency measures and an accessible environment in the building of the Mayor’s Office of the village of Zhivkovo in regulated land plot XIV, block 37, village of Zhivkovo, Municipality of Hitrino”. Provision of services for carrying out designer supervision of the project, in accordance with the requirements of Art. 162 of the Spatial Development Act, with the aim of ensuring the successful execution of the project and the signing by the Designer(s) of acts and protocols for the execution of the construction works, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 3/31.07.2003 and Ordinance No. 2/31.07.2003.
