LOT No. 2: PREPARATION OF A COMPREHENSIVE REPORT ASSESSING COMPLIANCE AND PROVISION OF INDEPENDENT CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION DURING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REHABILITATION OF STREETS WITHIN ACTIVITY 1 SUSTAINABLE URBAN MOBILITY OF THE PROJECT. LOT No. 3: PREPARATION OF A COMPREHENSIVE REPORT ASSESSING COMPLIANCE AND PROVISION OF INDEPENDENT CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION DURING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DESIGNATION OF AREAS FOR FREE PARKING WITHIN ACTIVITY 1 SUSTAINABLE URBAN MOBILITY OF THE PROJECT. The subject matter of the public procurement includes the following activities: Activity 1 (applies to all lots): Preparation of a comprehensive report assessing the compliance of the investment projects with the essential requirements for construction works, pursuant to Art. 166, para. 1, item 1, first sentence, in conjunction with Art. 142, para. 6, item 2 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA), within the mandatory scope regulated in Art. 142, paras. 4, 5 and 9 of the SDA; Activity 2 (applies to all lots): Activities related to the provision of construction supervision, as well as the inspection and control of construction materials delivered and incorporated into the construction works, and coordination of the construction process until the intervention site is commissioned, all regulated by Art. 166 and Art. 168 of the Spatial Development Act /SDA/, as well as the responsibilities arising from Art. 178 of the SDA. The consultant is obliged to perform the mandatory scope of activities in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Development Act, the requirements of Ordinance No. 3 of 2003 on the drawing up of acts and protocols during construction, taking into account the requirements of the Ordinance on the essential requirements for construction works and the assessment of the conformity of construction products, and all statutory and secondary legislation in the field of construction in Bulgaria.
