Opportunity description

The subject of this public procurement procedure is the selection of a consultant to carry out a conformity assessment of an investment project and exercise construction supervision pursuant to Art. 166 of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) in connection with the implementation of sites under the project “Construction/upgrading of green infrastructure to reduce secondary dust resuspension in an urban environment within the regulated boundaries of the urbanized territories of the city of Lovech, Lovech Municipality”. The service contractor will have obligations arising from the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) and in accordance with all other regulatory acts governing the specific features and obligations of its activities, taking into account the specific nature of the construction during implementation of the project. In the performance of the contract, all activities inherent in the design, construction and commissioning of the site/sub-sites shall be carried out, including at least: - Preparation of a comprehensive report - Exercise of construction supervision during construction and control over the performance of construction and installation works.
