Opportunity description

The subject of this public procurement is the selection of a consultant to assess the conformity of an investment project and exercise construction supervision pursuant to Arts. 166–168 of ЗУТ for the site “Upgrading an existing municipal composting installation by improving/modernizing the technology for recycling separately collected biodegradable household waste,” Pleven. The public procurement includes the following two main activities: Activity 1. Preparation of a Comprehensive Report assessing the conformity of the investment project at the Technical Design phase, including a conformity assessment under Art. 169, para. 1, item 6 and a conformity assessment of the “Structural” section. Activity 2. Exercise of construction supervision pursuant to Art. 168 of ЗУТ. Preparation of a technical passport for the site, pursuant to Art. 176 б of ЗУТ, within the scope specified in Ordinance No. 5/2006.
