The subject of this public procurement is the selection of contractors for the provision of consultancy services for the preparation of a conformity assessment report and/or the exercise of construction supervision in connection with the implementation of projects of Dimitrovgrad Municipality, with 3 lots: Lot No. 1: Preparation of a conformity assessment report and exercise of construction supervision for the site: Repair and reconstruction of the space between apartment blocks in quarter 168 under the PUP-PRZ of the town of Dimitrovgrad; Lot No. 2: Preparation of a conformity assessment report and exercise of construction supervision for the site: Repair and reconstruction of the space between apartment blocks in quarter 178 under the PUP-PRZ of the town of Dimitrovgrad; Lot No. 3: Construction supervision for the site: Repair and renovation of “Stroitel” Street in the industrial area of the “Mariyno” quarter. The service contractors will have obligations arising from the ZUT and in accordance with all other regulatory acts governing the particularities and obligations of their activities, taking into account the specific nature of the construction during the implementation of the projects.
