Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is “Preparation of a comprehensive report assessing compliance with the essential requirements for construction works and provision of construction supervision during the construction of the project ‘Rehabilitation of sidewalks in the town of Lom and in the villages along Road II-11 (village of Dobri Dol, village of Orsoya, village of Slivata) within the framework of Activity 2 of the project ‘Combined Integrated Territorial Investments (ITI) in the territory of the Municipalities of Lom, Dimovo and Oryahovo’ under procedure BG16FFPR003-2.002 ‘Support for integrated urban development in 40 urban municipalities’ of the ‘Development of the Regions 2021–2027’ Programme (DRP)”. The subject of the public procurement includes the following activities: Activity 1: Preparation of a comprehensive report assessing the compliance of the investment projects with the essential requirements for construction works, pursuant to Art. 166, para. 1, item 1, first proposition, in conjunction with Art. 142, para. 6, item 2 of the Spatial Development Act, within the mandatory scope regulated in Art. 142, para. 4, para. 5 and para. 9 of the Spatial Development Act; Activity 2: Activities related to the provision of construction supervision, as well as the performance of inspection and control of construction materials delivered to and incorporated into the construction works, coordination of the construction process until the intervention site is commissioned, all regulated in Art. 166 and Art. 168 of the Spatial Development Act /SDA/, as well as the responsibilities arising from Art. 178 of the SDA. The consultant is obliged to perform the mandatory scope of activities in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Development Act, the requirements of Ordinance No. 3 of 2003 on drawing up acts and protocols during construction, taking into account the requirements of the Ordinance on the essential requirements for construction works and assessment of the conformity of construction products and all statutory and secondary legislation in the field of construction in Bulgaria.
