Opportunity description

The subject of the procurement is: “Preparation of a comprehensive report assessing compliance with the essential requirements for construction works and provision of construction supervision during the construction of the site ‘Major repair and rehabilitation of the class IV road to the village of Stanevo, Lom Municipality, connecting to road II-11 /MON1131 and MON1134/’ within Activity 2 of the project ‘Combined Integrated Territorial Investments (ITI) in the territory of the Municipalities of Lom, Dimovo and Oryahovo’ under procedure BG16FFPR003-2.002 ‘Support for integrated urban development in 40 urban municipalities’ of the ‘Development of the Regions 2021–2027’ Programme (RDP).” The subject of the public procurement includes the following activities: Activity 1: Preparation of a comprehensive report assessing the compliance of the investment projects with the essential requirements for construction works, pursuant to Art. 166, para. 1, item 1, first proposition, in connection with Art. 142, para. 6, item 2 of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT), within the mandatory scope regulated in Art. 142, para. 4, para. 5 and para. 9 of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT); Activity 2: Activities related to the provision of construction supervision, as well as the inspection and control of construction materials delivered to and incorporated into the construction works, and coordination of the construction process until the intervention site is put into operation, all as regulated in Art. 166 and Art. 168 of the Spatial Development Act /ZUT/, as well as the responsibilities arising from Art. 178 of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT). The consultant is required to perform the mandatory scope of activities in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Development Act, the requirements of Ordinance No. 3 of 2003 on drawing up acts and protocols during construction, taking into account the requirements of the Ordinance on the essential requirements for construction works and assessment of the conformity of construction products, and all statutory and secondary legislation in the field of construction in Bulgaria. The construction is Category III within the meaning of Art. 137, para. 1 of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT).
