1. Subject of the public procurement contract: “Exercise of construction supervision during the execution of construction and installation works for the site: ‘Major renovation, landscaping and improvement of “The Monuments” Park, Svishtov’”. 2. Description of the subject of the public procurement contract. The subject of this public procurement contract comprises the following activities: Activity 1: Obligations of the Contractor related to exercising the functions of construction supervision of the construction site within the meaning of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT), inspection and control of construction products delivered and incorporated into the construction works, which ensure compliance with the essential requirements for construction works in accordance with the requirements of the ordinance under Art. 9, para. 2, item 5 of the Technical Requirements for Products Act, and performance of the functions of safety and health coordinator pursuant to Art. 5, para. 3 of Ordinance No. 2 of 2004 on the minimum health and safety requirements for carrying out construction and installation works. Activity 2: Preparation of the Technical Passport of the construction site, following completion of the envisaged construction and installation works, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006; Activity 3: Preparation of a Final Report to the contracting authority for commissioning the construction site. A technical investment project has been developed for carrying out the envisaged construction and installation works, comprising the following parts: “Architecture”, “Structures” (Structural opinion), “Geodesy”, “Electrical”, “Landscaping and improvement”. The construction site is FIRST CATEGORY, pursuant to Art. 2, para. 12 of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction works and Art. 137, para. 1, item 1, letter “m” of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT).
