Provision of construction supervision for the project “Major repair and reconstruction of ‘Another type of educational building – Training Center for All Ages’”Provision of construction supervision for the project “Major repair and reconstruction of ‘Another type of educational building – Training Center for All Ages’”. The performance of the contract is intended to ensure construction supervision throughout the entire duration of the construction and installation works, and control over the quality of the implementation of the planned construction and repair activities in accordance with the qualitative, quantitative and technical parameters and indicators provided for in the investment project. During implementation, the construction supervisor will represent and protect the interests of Vetovo Municipality and will primarily monitor: - the compliance of the prepared investment project with the essential requirements for construction works; - compliance in the performance of the types of work with the requirements of the regulatory framework; - compliance with the rules for ensuring safety and health; - the incorporation of materials and other products with proven conformity and quality; - the preparation of the necessary construction documentation; - preventing damage to third parties and properties as a result of the construction; - assessment of the accessibility of the construction works for persons with disabilities; - the accuracy of the data in the prepared protocols and acts; - after completion of all construction and installation works, the necessary documents will be prepared in accordance with the statutory provisions of the Spatial Development Act and the applicable secondary legislation.
