The purpose of this procedure is to conclude a Framework Agreement in which not all terms have been determined, for the award of public procurement contracts for the performance of a consultancy service pursuant to Art. 166, para. 1 of the Spatial Planning Act for the needs of Devnya Municipality. The Contracting Authority will conclude a Framework Agreement with up to 2 (two) potential contractors who meet the conditions announced in advance by the Contracting Authority and are ranked in the first two places. The term of the framework agreement is up to 48 months from the date of signing the agreement or until the total amount is exhausted. By awarding this procurement, the Contracting Authority seeks to select potential Contractors for the subject matter of the procurement who possess professional qualifications and practical experience corresponding to the subject matter of the procurement, to whom Devnya Municipality will assign the performance of the activities covered by the subject matter of the public procurement.
