Opportunity description

This public procurement procedure is being conducted for the purpose of concluding a contract for the provision of consultancy services for the preparation of a comprehensive report assessing the conformity of the investment project and the exercise of construction supervision during the execution of construction and installation works (СМР). Minimum scope of services: 1. Preparation of a comprehensive conformity assessment report; 2. Preparation of and participation in the preparation of documentation related to construction works pursuant to the Spatial Development Act (ЗУТ), as a consultant pursuant to Art. 166, para. 1 of ЗУТ; 3. Carrying out conformity assessments of investment projects and exercising construction supervision; 4. Inspecting and controlling construction products delivered and incorporated into the construction works, which ensure compliance with the essential requirements for construction works in accordance with the requirements of the ordinance under Art. 9, para. 2, item 5 of the Technical Requirements for Products Act when performing the activities under item 3; 5. Coordinating the construction process until the construction works are commissioned, including control of the quantities, quality and conformity of the construction and installation works performed with the construction contracts, as well as other activities; 6. Provision of consultancy services related to ЗУТ. The Consultant shall perform all activities pursuant to ЗУТ and the related regulatory framework. The Contractor must plan the execution of the envisaged works in a manner that ensures the performance of the public procurement contract in the quality and scope required by this Technical Specification. The Contractor shall deliver the prepared documents to the Contracting Authority with a cover letter. The reports must be submitted in four paper copies and one electronic copy. All files must be in *.dwg (version 2002 or later) and *.pdf formats, tabular files in *.xls and *.pdf formats, and text sections in *.docx and *.pdf formats.
