Cyril and Methodius” St. from the intersection with “Penyo Penev” St. to the intersection with “Vasil Levski” St., Ognyanovo village, Pazardzhik Municipality, within the scope of national road III-8004 “Malo Konare – Ognyanovo – Isperihovo” from km 3+408 to km 4+230 – Pazardzhik Municipality”. The subject matter of this public procurement is related to the performance of construction-supervision activities pursuant to Article 166(1)(1) of the Spatial Development Act within the mandatory scope regulated in Article 168(1), (3), and (6) of the Spatial Development Act, during the performance of construction and installation works at sites located within the territory of Pazardzhik Municipality, under the respective separate lots. The full scope of the public procurement is described in the respective Technical Specifications, which form an integral part of the tender documentation. Important! Tenders may be submitted for Separate lots Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, and participants may submit tenders for one, several, or all of the listed separate lots. Participation for individual sub-sites/sites within the separate lots is not permitted. The remaining part of the procurement under Separate lot No. 7: “Exercise of construction supervision during construction and installation works at the site: Repair of a street water pipeline along “Sts. Cyril and Methodius” St. from the intersection with “Penyo Penev” St. to the intersection with “Vasil Levski” St., Ognyanovo village, Pazardzhik Municipality, within the scope of national road III-8004 “Malo Konare – Ognyanovo – Isperihovo” from km 3+408 to km 4+230 – Pazardzhik Municipality”, will be awarded by the Contracting Authority in accordance with the procedure applicable to its individual value pursuant to Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act. The estimated value of Separate lot No. 7 falls within the scope of Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act – Direct award. As of the date of publication of the public-procurement award procedure, funding has NOT been secured for the performance of Separate lots Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6! The subject matter of the public procurement is related to the performance of construction-supervision activities pursuant to Article 166(1)(1) of the Spatial Development Act within the mandatory scope regulated in Article 168(1), (3), and (6) of the Spatial Development Act, during the performance of construction and installation works at sites located within the territory of Pazardzhik Municipality. The constructions are Category Four pursuant to Article 137(1)(3)(a) of the Spatial Development Act. The subject matter of the public procurement is related to the performance of construction-supervision activities pursuant to Article 166(1)(1) of the Spatial Development Act within the mandatory scope regulated in Article 168(1), (3), and (6) of the Spatial Development Act, during the performance of construction and installation works at sites located within the territory of Pazardzhik Municipality. The construction is Category Four pursuant to Article 137 of the Spatial Development Act.
