Opportunity description

The main objective of the procurement is to select a contractor for the respective separate lot who possesses the necessary professional competence and qualifications to perform the following services: Exercising construction supervision during the construction of the sites pursuant to Art. 168, para. 2 of the ZUT, in the volume and scope required by the ZUT and the relevant secondary legislation, incl. supervision of the acts and protocols drawn up during construction under the ZUT and preparation of a final report pursuant to Art. 168, para. 6 of the ZUT; Preparation of a technical passport for the site pursuant to Art. 176b of the ZUT and within the scope specified in Art. 4 of Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on the technical passports of construction works, issued by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works; Commissioning of the site; The full requirements regarding the performance of this public procurement are contained in the Technical Specification for each separate lot. The total estimated value of the procurement is EUR 27,500.00. Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP, the Contracting Authority has the right to award separate lots under the procedure applicable to the individual value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective separate lot does not exceed EUR 79,998.77 for supplies and services and the total value of the separate lots awarded in this manner does not exceed 20 percent of the total value of the procurement. In these cases, regardless of the residual value of the procurement, it shall be awarded under the procedure applicable to the total value of the entire procurement. Since the total value of separate lots No. 1, No. 2 and No. 6 is below EUR 5,500.00 excluding VAT, they fall within the scope of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the ZOP. In view of the above and pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP, separate lots No. 1, No. 2 and No. 6 will be awarded under the procedure of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the ZOP – through direct award. The residual value of the procurement after separating out separate lots No. 1, No. 2 and No. 6 is EUR 22,600.00 excluding VAT, which is also the total estimated value of the procurement.
