The subject matter of the procurement includes activities for Preparing a Comprehensive Report assessing the conformity of the investment projects with the essential requirements for construction works, pursuant to Art. 142 of the Spatial Development Act, and Providing construction supervision during construction, pursuant to Art. 166 and Art. 168 of the Spatial Development Act, for four healthcare infrastructure facilities in Kazanlak Municipality, financed under project BG16FFPR003-2.006-0044 “New model of integrated healthcare for children in the Southeastern Region” under procedure BG16FFPR003-2.006 “Support for integrated urban development in 40 urban municipalities” of the “Development of the Regions” Programme 2021-2027. : “Assessment of the conformity of an investment project and provision of construction supervision during construction in the implementation of the project Major renovation of the Health Service, town of Kran” Within the forthcoming public procurement procedure for awarding the execution of construction and installation works, the following will generally be envisaged: - Construction and installation works on external walls - Roof repair - Construction and installation works on the floor - Replacement of windows and doors - Replacement of old electrical and water supply and sewerage installations - Repair of steps to the external entrances of the building, incl. installation of new railings - Accessibility measures - Partial internal renovation - incl. plastering and painting of walls and ceilings, installation of new flooring, renovation of sanitary facilities, installation of new lighting fixtures, switches and sockets, installation of new internal doors, finishing around doors, replacement of railings The construction is Category V pursuant to Ordinance No. 1/2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction works. Gross floor area of the building: 304 sq.m. : “Assessment of the conformity of an investment project and provision of construction supervision during construction in the implementation of the project Major renovation of the Health Service, village of Yasenovo” Within the forthcoming public procurement procedure for awarding the execution of construction and installation works, the following will generally be envisaged: - Construction and installation works on external walls - Roof repair - Construction and installation works on the floor - Replacement of windows and doors - Replacement of old electrical and water supply and sewerage installations - Accessibility measures - Supply and installation of air conditioners - Partial internal renovation - incl. plastering and painting of walls and ceilings, installation of new flooring, renovation of sanitary facilities, installation of new lighting fixtures, switches and sockets, installation of new internal doors, finishing around doors, replacement of railings The construction is Category V pursuant to Ordinance No. 1/2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction works. Gross floor area 320 sq.m. : “Assessment of the conformity of an investment project and provision of construction supervision during construction in the implementation of the project Major renovation of the Health Service, village of Buzovgrad” Within the forthcoming public procurement procedure for awarding the execution of construction and installation works, the following will generally be envisaged: - Construction and installation works on external walls - Roof repair - Construction and installation works on the floor - Replacement of windows and doors - Replacement of old electrical and water supply and sewerage installations - Accessibility measures - Partial internal renovation - incl. plastering and painting of walls and ceilings, installation of new flooring, renovation of sanitary facilities, installation of new lighting fixtures, switches and sockets, installation of new internal doors, finishing around doors, replacement of railings The construction is Category V pursuant to Ordinance No. 1/2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction works. Gross floor area: 353.60 sq.m. : “Assessment of the conformity of an investment project and provision of construction supervision during construction in the implementation of the project Implementation of energy efficiency measures, internal renovation and site improvement measures for the Health Service, village of Rozovo” Within the forthcoming public procurement procedure for awarding the execution of construction and installation works, the following will generally be envisaged: - Thermal insulation of external walls - Thermal insulation of the roof - Thermal insulation of the floor - Replacement of window and door frames - Heat generation measures - Lighting system measures - Measures under the technical passport.
