“Preparation of a comprehensive report assessing compliance with the essential requirements for construction works and provision of construction supervision for the construction project—‘Emergency cleaning and reinforcement of a culvert on a section of municipal road TGV1073 /III-706, Velichka – Zvezditsa/ - Vrani Kon – Golyamo Tsarkvishte – Obitel - /III-704/, Omurtag Municipality, Targovishte Province’” The subject matter of the contract includes the following main activities: Carrying out an assessment of the compliance of investment designs; Provision of consulting services for construction supervision during the construction of the site pursuant to Art. 166, para. 1, items 1 and 2, Art. 168 and Art. 169b, para. 1 of the Spatial Development Act, in the volume and scope required by the Spatial Development Act and secondary legislation, including control over the completeness and correct preparation of acts and protocols during construction, pursuant to Ordinance No. 3/2003. Preparation of a final report to the Contracting Authority pursuant to Art. 168, para. 6 of the Spatial Development Act; Performance of the functions of Safety and Health Coordinator pursuant to Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum health and safety requirements for the performance of construction and installation works; Preparation of a technical passport pursuant to Art. 176a of the Spatial Development Act and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on technical passports for construction works.
