Subject of the public procurement contract: “Design, execution of construction and exercise of designer’s supervision during the construction of the residential building stock of the ZORNITSA Association of Owners, at the address: Svishtov, 10-12 Vihren St.” 2. Description of the subject of the public procurement contract: The subject of the contract includes the following activities: 2.1. PREPARATION OF AN INVESTMENT DESIGN at the “Detailed Design” phase for implementing the most effective package of energy-saving measures for the building, achieving at least energy consumption class “B”, in compliance with the package of energy-saving measures (ESMs) proposed in the technical and energy audits, and ensuring an accessible environment in the building for persons with reduced mobility in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. РД-02-20-2 of 26.01.2021 establishing the accessibility and universal design requirements for elements of the accessible environment in urbanized territory and for buildings and facilities, for the multi-family residential building located at the address: Svishtov, 10-12 Vihren St. 2.2. EXERCISE OF DESIGNER’S SUPERVISION during the execution of construction and installation works in accordance with the requirements of Art. 162, para. 2 and para. 3 of the Spatial Development Act. 2.3. EXECUTION OF CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION WORKS on the multi-family residential building in Svishtov in accordance with the detailed investment design prepared by the Contractor, coordinated and approved under the relevant procedure. The following main construction and installation works are envisaged: -Energy-saving measure B1: Thermal insulation of walls – The measure includes installing EPS thermal insulation with a thickness of 120 mm and λ=0.035 W/mK and reveals around the windows with 20 mm XPS with λ=0.03 W/mK – 897 m2. -Energy-saving measure B3: Thermal insulation of roof - The measure includes installing mineral wool thermal insulation with a thickness of 100 mm and λ=0.035 W/mK for Roof Type 1 – 385.58 m2; -Energy-saving measure B4: Thermal insulation of floor - The measure includes installing XPS thermal insulation with a thickness of 100 mm and λ=0.03 W/mK – 232.87 m2 and replacement of garage doors. -Energy-saving measure B5: Replacement of window and door frames - The measure includes replacing wooden- and metal-framed window and door units with new PVC-framed insulated glazing units having a maximum heat transfer coefficient U=1.4 W/m².K – 220.46 m2 -Energy-saving measure C12: Lighting installation – The measure provides for replacing the lighting fixtures in the common areas of the building with new, energy-saving fixtures controlled by motion and light sensors – 12 pcs.; -Measures to improve access for persons with reduced mobility - Execution of construction and installation works to improve access for persons with reduced mobility to the entrance doors of 2 block sections. The construction is FOURTH CATEGORY, pursuant to Art. 9 of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction works and letter ref. No. ВТ-1524-02-720/10.06.2016 of the head of the Directorate for National Construction Control, Sofia.
