Subject matter of the public procurement contract: “Design, execution of construction and provision of design supervision during the construction of the residential building stock of the ‘BLAGODENSTVIE’ Association of Owners, at the address: Svishtov, 11 Hadzhi Dimitar St.” 2. Description of the subject matter of the public procurement contract: The subject matter of the contract includes the following activities: PREPARATION OF AN INVESTMENT DESIGN at the “Detailed Design” stage for the implementation of the most efficient package of energy-saving measures for the building, achieving at least energy consumption class “B”, in compliance with the package of energy-saving measures (ESMs) proposed in the technical and energy audits, and ensuring an accessible environment in the building for persons with reduced mobility in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 of 26.01.2021 establishing the accessibility and universal design requirements for elements of the accessible environment in urban areas and for buildings and facilities, for the multi-family residential building located at the address: Svishtov, 11 Hadzhi Dimitar St. PROVISION OF DESIGN SUPERVISION during the execution of construction and installation works in accordance with the requirements of Article 162, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Spatial Development Act. PERFORMANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION WORKS on the multi-family residential building in Svishtov in accordance with the detailed investment design prepared by the Contractor, coordinated and approved according to the applicable procedure. The following main construction and installation works are envisaged: Energy-saving measure B1: Thermal insulation of walls – Supply and installation of a thermal insulation system with EPS, 12 cm thick; supply and installation of an XPS thermal insulation system, 20 mm, for reveals around the windows – 1,109.87 m²; application of coloured silicate exterior plaster (according to a colour design) – 1,109.87 m². Energy-saving measure B3: Thermal insulation of the roof – The measure includes the installation of XPS thermal insulation, 100 mm thick and λ=0.03 W/mK, for all roofs – 472.10 m². Energy-saving measure B4: Thermal insulation of the floor – The measure includes the installation of XPS thermal insulation, 100 mm thick and λ=0.03 W/mK – 105.49 m², and replacement of windows. Energy-saving measure B5: Replacement of window and door frames – The measure includes the replacement of the existing frames (wooden and/or metal frames, and/or aluminium and/or other types of frames that do not comply with those prescribed in the Energy Efficiency Audit) with new PVC-framed insulating glazing units with a maximum heat transfer coefficient U=1.4 W/m².K. – 217.85 m²; Energy-saving measure C12: Lighting installation – The measure provides for the replacement of the lighting fixtures in the common areas of the building with new energy-saving fixtures controlled by motion and light sensors – 12 units; Measures to improve access for persons with reduced mobility – Execution of construction and installation works to improve access for persons with reduced mobility to the entrance doors of 2 block sections. The construction is CATEGORY FOUR, pursuant to Article 9 of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of construction types and letter ref. No. VT-1524-02-720/10.06.2016 of the Head of the Directorate for National Construction Supervision, Sofia.
