Subject of the public procurement: “Design, construction execution and exercise of designer’s supervision during the construction of the residential building stock of the RALITSA Owners’ Association, address: Svishtov, 29 Nikola Petkov St.”. 2. Description of the subject of the public procurement: The subject of the procurement includes the following activities: 2.1. PREPARATION OF AN INVESTMENT DESIGN at the “Working Design” phase for implementing the most efficient package of energy-saving measures for the building, achieving at least energy consumption class “B”, while complying with the package of energy-saving measures (ESMs) proposed in the technical and energy audits and ensuring an accessible environment in the building for persons with reduced mobility in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 of 26.01.2021 determining the accessibility and universal design requirements for elements of the accessible environment in urbanized territories and for buildings and facilities, for the multi-family residential building located at: Svishtov, 29 Nikola Petkov St. 2.2. EXERCISE OF DESIGNER’S SUPERVISION during the execution of the construction and installation works in accordance with the requirements of Art. 162, para. 2 and para. 3 of the Spatial Development Act. 2.3. PERFORMANCE OF THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION WORKS on the multi-family residential building in Svishtov in accordance with the working investment design prepared by the Contractor, coordinated and approved under the relevant procedure. The following main construction and installation works are envisaged: -Energy-saving measure B1: Thermal insulation of walls – The measure includes the installation of EPS thermal insulation with a thickness of 120 mm and λ=0.035 W/mK and treatment around the windows with 20 mm XPS with λ=0.03 W/mK – 629.74 m2; -Energy-saving measure B3: Roof thermal insulation - The measure includes the installation of mineral wool thermal insulation with a thickness of 100 mm and λ=0.035 W/mK for Type 1 roof and the installation of XPS thermal insulation with a thickness of 100 mm and λ=0.03 W/mK for Type 2 roofs – 243.39 m2; -Energy-saving measure B4: Floor thermal insulation - The measure includes the installation of XPS thermal insulation with a thickness of 100 mm and λ=0.03 W/mK – 102.59 m2 and replacement of garage doors. -Energy-saving measure B5: Replacement of window and door frames - The measure includes replacing wooden- and metal-framed windows and doors with new ones, insulated glazing on PVC frames with a maximum heat transfer coefficient U=1.4 W/m².K – 192.94 m2; -Energy-saving measure C12: Lighting installation – The measure provides for replacing the lighting fixtures in the common areas of the building with new, energy-saving fixtures controlled by motion and light sensors – 8 units; -Measures to improve access for persons with reduced mobility - Execution of construction and installation works to improve access for persons with reduced mobility to the entrance doors of 1 block section. The construction is FOURTH CATEGORY, pursuant to Art. 9 of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction works and letter ref. No. VT-1524-02-720/10.06.2016 of the head of DNCS Sofia. The detailed performance requirements are in accordance with the Technical Specification, an integral part of the participation documentation.
