Subject of the public procurement: “Design, construction execution and exercise of author's supervision during the construction of the residential building stock of the ‘Cherni vrah 9’ Association of Owners, at the address: Svishtov, 9 Cherni vrah St.” 2. Description of the subject of the public procurement: The subject of the procurement includes the following activities: The subject includes the activities: 2.1. PREPARATION OF AN INVESTMENT PROJECT at the “Working Design” phase for the implementation of the most effective package of energy-saving measures for the building, achieving at least energy consumption class “B”, in compliance with the package of energy-saving measures (ESMs) proposed in the technical and energy survey, and ensuring an accessible environment in the building for people with reduced mobility in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 of 26.01.2021 on determining the accessibility and universal design requirements for elements of the accessible environment in urbanized territory and for buildings and facilities, for the multifamily residential building located at the address: Svishtov, 9 Cherni vrah St. 2.2. EXERCISE OF AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION during the execution of the construction and installation works in accordance with the requirements of Art. 162, para. 2 and para. 3 of the Spatial Development Act. 2.3. EXECUTION OF THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION WORKS on the multifamily residential building in Svishtov in accordance with the working investment project prepared by the Contractor, coordinated and approved under the applicable procedure. The following main construction and installation works are envisaged: - Energy-saving measure B1: Thermal insulation of walls – The measure includes the installation of EPS thermal insulation with a thickness of 120 mm and λ=0.035 W/mK and reveals around the windows with 20 mm XPS with λ=0.03 W/mK – 488.40 m2; - Energy-saving measure B3: Thermal insulation of the roof - The measure includes the installation of mineral wool thermal insulation with a thickness of 100 mm and λ=0.035 W/mK for Roof Type 1 – 176.63 m2. - Energy-saving measure B4: Thermal insulation of the floor - The measure includes the installation of XPS thermal insulation with a thickness of 100 mm and λ=0.03 W/mK – 88.49 m2 and replacement of windows. - Energy-saving measure C12: Lighting installation – The measure provides for the replacement of the lighting fixtures in the common areas of the building with new, energy-saving fixtures controlled by motion and light sensors – 5 pcs.; - Measures to improve access for people with reduced mobility - Execution of construction and installation works to improve access for people with reduced mobility to the entrance doors of 1 block–section The construction is FOURTH CATEGORY, pursuant to Art. 9 of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction works and letter ref. No. VT-1524-02-720/10.06.2016 of the Head of the Directorate for National Construction Supervision, Sofia.
