Bulgaria – Construction work for buildings relating to law and order or emergency services – Renovation of the service shooting range in the building of the Sofia Directorate of Internal Affairs (SDVR)

Opportunity description

The object of the public procurement is “execution of construction works” within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 1, letter “a” of the Public Procurement Act (PPA). The subject of the public procurement requires the awarding and execution of major repairs to a site equated to Category IV construction within the meaning of Art. 137, item 4, letter “d” of the Spatial Development Act (SDA) — an indoor service shooting range in the SDVR building, Sofia, 5 “Exarch Antim I” St., in compliance with the legislation in force in the “construction” sector, the Rules for the execution and acceptance of construction and installation works, and the approved “working” investment project. The forthcoming construction must be carried out in accordance with the approved investment project (parts: “Architecture”, “Structural”, “HVAC”; “Electrical”, “Fire Safety”; “Safety and Health Plan”; “Cost Documentation”). During the major repairs, investment control (by the Contracting Authority), designer supervision and construction supervision will be carried out. The public procurement is conducted in implementation of project BG65ISPR001- 3.001- 0007 “Improving the training of SDVR employees with police powers”, activity 1: “Improving the firearms training of employees of the Sofia Directorate of Internal Affairs through the renovation of a service shooting range and the provision of training”, Programme of the Republic of Bulgaria under the “Internal Security” Fund, Procedure No. 1, Specific Objective 3. The time limit for performance of the public procurement includes: preparatory period: up to 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract; time limit for execution of construction and installation works: up to 365 calendar days. The place of performance is in the administrative building of the SDVR, Sofia, 5 “Exarch Antim I” St., the indoor service shooting range, underground floor (elevation - 3, 00). Procedure: open.
