Opportunity description

The construction works under the project provide for the construction of a three-storey extension to Varna Commercial High School “G. S. Rakovski” and the provision of the necessary resources (human resources and machinery) for the execution of the planned construction, in accordance with the provisions of the approved Investment Project, this specification and the bill of quantities. The main construction works within the scope of the procurement include: excavation and filling works; formwork; construction of foundations; concrete works; reinforcement works; construction of a monolithic reinforced-concrete structure; construction of a roof; supply and installation of window and door frames; thermal and waterproofing works; construction of the necessary ventilation and air-conditioning installations; construction of water supply and sewerage installations; construction of internal supply lines and electrical panels; lighting and sockets; earthing installation; lightning-protection installation and fire-alarm system; photovoltaic system; construction of a lift and other construction and installation works. Pursuant to the issued Building Permit No 218/30.12.2025, the construction is category three, in accordance with Article 137(1)(3)(c) of the Spatial Development Act.
