Opportunity description

The subject of this public procurement is the execution of repair and restoration works/construction within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 1 “b” of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the public procurement includes the performance of repair and restoration works on facilities for protection against the harmful effects of water (OPVVV), managed by “Irrigation Systems” JSC. The subject of the procurement, divided into 2 lots, is the performance of repair and restoration works on compromised sections of river corrections, protective dikes and a drainage pumping station, as follows: Lot No. 1 entitled: “Performance of repair and restoration works on facilities for protection against the harmful effects of water (OPVVV), located in Northern Bulgaria and managed by ‘Irrigation Systems’ JSC,” comprising 5 sites: Site No. 1.1. “Belene - 1” drainage pumping station - Urgent emergency restoration works on a footbridge serving the pumping station in the land area of the town of Belene, Belene Municipality, Pleven Province - “Middle Danube” Branch; Site No. 1.2. Correction of the Vit River - Urgent emergency restoration works on a 330 m-long section of berm and a 150 m-long section of dike from the river correction, 450 m upstream of the bridge on the road from the village of Yasen to the village of Disevitsa, land area of the village of Disevitsa, Pleven Municipality, Pleven Province - “Middle Danube” Branch; Site No. 1.3. Correction of the Osam River - Urgent emergency restoration works to reinforce an 80 m-long section of the destroyed left berm at the “Umarevtsi” weir, land area of the village of Umarevtsi, Lovech Municipality, Lovech Province - “Middle Danube” Branch; Site No. 1.4. Correction of the Brestova River at km 1+880 - restoration of the left berm and dike, land area of the town of Smyadovo, Smyadovo Municipality, Shumen Province – “Shumen” Branch; Site No. 1.5. Correction of the Sazliyka River and tributaries - Repair and restoration works on the dikes on both sides of a tributary at km 8+600 from the beginning of the correction, land area of the village of Pyasachево, Simeonovgrad Municipality, Haskovo Province - “Haskovo” Branch; Site No. 2.2. Correction of the Harmanliyska River - Repair and restoration works on destroyed sections of the left dike, berm and low-flow channel at km 24+625, ensuring conveyance capacity from km 24+080 to km 26+900, land areas of the villages of Dinevo and Stoykovo, Haskovo Municipality, Haskovo Province – “Haskovo” Branch; Site No. 2.3.
