The buildings subject to renovation are: Educational building, Scientific and design activities building, Gymnasium, as well as the adjoining courtyard. The subject matter of the public procurement includes the performance of construction and installation works under two approved investment projects and two building permits. The contractor shall perform all CIW in accordance with the two investment projects and the issued building permits. The public procurement also provides for the performance of construction and installation works under a separate investment project for the construction of photovoltaic power plants (PV plants) for own consumption, located on the roofs of the Educational building, Gymnasium and Scientific activities building.
