The repair of the building covers the complete renovation of the flat roofs on floors 6 and 7, restoration of the drainage slopes, new waterproofing, and new galvanized sheet metal flashings and skirts along the parapets. New exterior waterproof doors (exits) to the roof. Complete sealing of floor 7 with cement boards. Complete restoration of the facade of floor 7. Replacement of broken glass in the aluminum and wooden window frames. Partial restoration of the facades—removal of bulging plaster, skim coating, and painting. Sealing of the existing window frames.
