Contract No. 70-00-6889/2/11.08.2026, concluded pursuant to Article 14(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Act, with the subject: “Activities (backfilling, compaction and leveling) on municipally owned sites for future warehousing and service activities”. The total contract price amounts to EUR 500 000,00 (five hundred thousand euros), including VAT. The deadline for performance of the subject matter of the contract is no later than one year from the conclusion of the contract or until the financial resources are exhausted. The value of the assigned and completed quantities and types of activities shall be paid according to the following indicators: -price per 1 tonne of spread earth masses or construction waste amounting to BGN 0,92, including VAT. Pricing indicators: -hourly rate – EUR 9,00/hour. -additional labor costs - 50,00% -additional mechanization costs - 14,50% -delivery and storage costs - 10% -profit – 10% Payment shall be made in stages, after the signing of a bilateral protocol (Form 19) for the work performed and the issuance of an invoice for the respective payment, within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the invoice is issued. The activities performed shall be accepted monthly by a representative of the Contracting Authority, in the presence of a representative of the Contractor, following submission of the necessary slips, protocols, financial documents and bilateral statements for completed work.
