The subject of this public procurement is to provide the possibility for the prompt and urgent assignment (under mutually agreed conditions) of repair and restoration activities to eliminate damage to the road surface that is hazardous to traffic, with the aim of ensuring reliable, secure and safe year-round travel on the roads within the territory of Sliven Municipality. The repair activities will be carried out on road sections of the municipal road network within the territory of Sliven Municipality. The Contracting Authority requires that the unit prices excluding VAT proposed by the Participants for the types of activities under the public procurement do not exceed the maximum unit prices excluding VAT specified in the documentation.
