Appointment of a contractor for the maintenance of landscaped areas for general and restricted public use, including the construction of new ones, maintenance of irrigation systems and other landscaping-related activities, divided into seven lots. A detailed description of the activities included in the scope of this public procurement is contained in the Technical Specification – Appendix No. 5, an integral part of the public procurement documentation. Contract No. 93-ОП25-55(52)/22.05.2026 concluded, with subject: “Year-round maintenance of existing landscaped areas for general and restricted public use, maintenance of irrigation systems, including, where necessary, carrying out activities for the design and construction of new green areas and afforestation within the territory of Burgas Municipality, within the territorial scope covered by Lot 2 – PRIMORIE DISTRICT and ZORA DISTRICT”, under Framework Agreement No. 93-ОП25-55(3)/04.12.2025, with subject: “Year-round maintenance of existing landscaped areas for general and restricted public use/urban and district parks, gardens, forest parks, squares, spaces between residential blocks, street landscaping, roadside and protective land-improvement plantations, etc./, containing trees, shrubs, grass and flowering vegetation, play areas, decorative flower beds, planters, pots, maintenance of irrigation systems, including, where necessary, carrying out activities for the design and construction of new green areas and afforestation within the territory of Burgas Municipality, within the territorial scope covered by Lot No. 2 – ‘PRIMORIE’ DISTRICT and ZORA DISTRICT”. The deadline for the performance of a specific type of activity/operation shall be determined by the Contracting Authority by means of an assignment letter pursuant to Art. 17, para. 1 of this contract. The assignment letter must contain the estimated volume of the assigned work based on a preliminary bill of quantities, with indicative quantities for the types of work and materials. The assignment letter shall be sent by email to the Contractor’s email address. LOT 2 – “PRIMORIE” DISTRICT and “ZORA” DISTRICT, with the following territorial scope: Central urban area, Burgas; “Vazrazhdane” residential complex, Burgas; “Republika” residential complex, Burgas; “Kraymorie” quarter, Burgas; “Bratya Miladinovi” residential complex, Burgas; “Lazur” residential complex, Burgas; the village of Marinka, Burgas Municipality; the village of Izvor, Burgas Municipality; the village of Dimchevo, Burgas Municipality; the village of Tvarditsa, Burgas Municipality; The scope of Lot No. 2 includes the following activities: landscaping of landscaped areas, maintenance and planting of vegetation; maintenance and construction of irrigation systems in landscaped areas and floral displays; construction of new green areas forming part of the green system of Burgas Municipality; afforestation of municipal land; Procedure: open.
