The purpose of this procedure is to conclude a Framework Agreement between Sofia Municipality – Ilinden District and potential contractors, in which not all the terms for awarding the individual contracts have been determined. The Contracting Authority has decided to conduct an open procedure for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement in which not all the terms have been determined. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with the first 3 (three) potential contractors or fewer, depending on the tenders submitted and the participants admitted to ranking. Following the procedure, a Framework Agreement in which not all the terms for awarding the specific contracts have been determined will be concluded with the participants designated as potential contractors. The overall objective of the public procurement is to improve the condition of the infrastructure of Ilinden District, ensure safe traffic conditions, provide an accessible environment, and improve the population’s quality of life. Through the performance of the public procurement, the Contracting Authority aims to exercise the utmost care to ensure the normal year-round operation of the street network, street facilities, and elements of the technical infrastructure, in accordance with its current needs, and the attached technical specification provides a list of streets and locations where the necessary ongoing repair works could be assigned (which, for technical reasons, cannot be reproduced in this notice). The total length of the street network in the district is 36 687,00 metres. The activities included in the subject matter of the public procurement cover: ongoing maintenance and repair of streets and street facilities within the territory of Sofia Municipality – Ilinden District when a need for ongoing and emergency maintenance arises. Performance of the public procurement includes the following activities: - Repair of street infrastructure, maintenance of street surfaces /including sidewalks/ and maintenance of street facilities in Ilinden District when a need for ongoing maintenance arises; - Emergency repair of street infrastructure, maintenance of street surfaces /including sidewalks/ and maintenance of street facilities in Ilinden District in emergency situations, in the event of disasters, accidents, and other unforeseen situations directly related to traffic safety; Procedure: open.
