The subject of the public procurement is the performance of routine repairs to the roofs of the PS “Borovets” building, consisting of a hotel section, an enclosed connecting passage, a restaurant and a kitchen, including replacement of the roof covering, including the supply and installation of LT sheet metal with a polyester protective coating, new flashings, as well as full restoration of the functionality of the skylights, chimney sections and snow retention system in accordance with the regulatory framework, the technical specification and the requirements of the contracting authority for the procurement. The required types and quantities of construction and installation works included in the scope of the procurement are described in detail in the contracting authority’s Technical Specification for the procurement – Annex No. 1 and the Bill of Quantities – Annex No. 1.1 thereto, which form an integral part of the procurement documentation.
