The subject matter of this public procurement includes the supply of 1,000 factory-new, unused waste receptacles (metal containers) for the needs of Hayredin Municipality. The subject matter of the procurement includes the supply of “Chest”-type metal containers for mixed municipal waste, with a plastic lid, a minimum capacity of 1100 l, and warranty maintenance to remedy identified warranty-covered malfunctions and/or damage and/or non-conformities and/or defects /apparent or hidden/, and the complete replacement of defective parts or a defective receptacle for the duration of the warranty commitment. The conditions under which the subject matter of the procurement will be carried out and the rights and obligations of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor are in accordance with the public procurement documentation and the draft contract, as well as with the applicable regulatory framework.
