“Supply of waste collection containers for the needs of Kavarna Municipality, divided into lots,” as follows: Lot No. 1 – Supply of underground containers for mixed household waste with a volume of 3 m³. Lot No. 2 – Supply of containers for collecting construction, bulky, and green waste with a volume of 7 m³. Lot No. 3 – Supply of plastic containers for mixed household waste with a “lid within the lid” and a volume of 1.1 m³. Lot No. 4 – Supply of plastic bins for collecting mixed household waste with a volume of 120 liters. Lot No. 5 – Supply of concrete park bins for separate waste collection. Lot No. 6 – Supply of concrete park bins for collecting light household waste. Lot No. 7 – Supply of bins for separate waste collection from the administrative buildings of Kavarna Municipality. The purpose of the public procurement is to select a supplier of waste collection containers for the needs of Kavarna Municipality. For Lot No. 1 - Supply of underground containers for mixed household waste with a volume of 3 cubic meters. The quantity of underground containers to be supplied is 10 units. The acceptance of the underground containers by the Contracting Authority shall be certified by a handover and acceptance report signed by both parties. For Lot No. 2 - Supply of containers for collecting construction, bulky, and green waste with a volume of 7 m³. The quantity of containers for collecting construction, bulky, and green waste to be supplied is 30 units. The acceptance of the containers for collecting construction, bulky, and green waste by the Contracting Authority shall be certified by a handover and acceptance report signed by both parties. For Lot No. 3 - Plastic containers for mixed household waste with a “lid within the lid” and a volume of 1.1 cubic meters. The quantity of containers for mixed household waste with a “lid within the lid” to be supplied is 300 units. The acceptance of the containers for mixed household waste with a “lid within the lid” by the Contracting Authority shall be certified by a handover and acceptance report signed by both parties. For Lot No. 4 - Plastic bins for collecting mixed household waste with a volume of 120 liters. The quantity of plastic bins for collecting mixed household waste to be supplied is 500 units. The acceptance of the plastic bins for collecting mixed household waste by the Contracting Authority shall be certified by a handover and acceptance report signed by both parties. For Lot No. 5 - Concrete park bins for separate waste collection. The quantity of concrete park bins for separate waste collection to be supplied is 60 units. The acceptance of the concrete park bins for separate waste collection by the Contracting Authority shall be certified by a handover and acceptance report signed by both parties. For Lot No. 6 - Concrete park bins for collecting light household waste. The quantity of concrete park bins for collecting light household waste to be supplied is 20 units. The acceptance of the concrete park bins for collecting light household waste by the Contracting Authority shall be certified by a handover and acceptance report signed by both parties. For Lot 7 - Bins for separate waste collection from the administrative buildings of Kavarna Municipality. The quantity of bins for separate waste collection from the administrative buildings of Kavarna Municipality to be supplied is 45 units (of which 15 yellow metal bins, 15 green metal bins, and 15 blue metal bins). The acceptance of the bins for separate waste collection from the administrative buildings of Kavarna Municipality by the Contracting Authority shall be certified by a handover and acceptance report signed by both parties. New underground household waste containers with a receptacle (bag) with a volume of 3 m³, buried approximately 2/3 in the ground, with approximately 1/3 of the container above ground level. The above-ground part of the container shall have a height of min. 1000 mm and max. 1200 mm. Impervious to water entering the container and leakproof against liquid escaping from the container into the environment. The quantity of underground containers to be supplied is 10 units. The acceptance of the underground containers by the Contracting Authority shall be certified by a handover and acceptance report signed by both parties. Warranty and warranty service - For the main components – minimum 3 years. For the waste bag – minimum 2 years from the date of signing the handover and acceptance report. Plastic containers for mixed household waste with a “lid within the lid” and a volume of 1.1 cubic meters. The quantity of containers for mixed household waste with a “lid within the lid” to be supplied is 300 units. The acceptance of the containers for mixed household waste with a “lid within the lid” by the Contracting Authority shall be certified by a handover and acceptance report signed by both parties. Material - High-density polyethylene HDPE, UV-stabilized, resistant to high and low temperatures and chemical and biological effects. Load capacity - Minimum 440 kg. Warranty period - Minimum 12 months from the date of signing the handover and acceptance report. Photographic material of the container shall be attached. A sample of the proposed household waste containers shall be provided. Factory-new plastic bins for collecting mixed household waste with a volume of 120 liters. The quantity of plastic bins for collecting mixed household waste to be supplied is 500 units. The acceptance of the plastic bins for collecting mixed household waste by the Contracting Authority shall be certified by a handover and acceptance report signed by both parties. 500 units. Minimum weight - 8 kg; Minimum depth 540 mm; Minimum width 470 mm; Minimum height 940 mm; (HDPE) high-density polyethylene. Minimum load capacity - 60 kg. They shall have a smooth surface that prevents waste from sticking and being retained. They shall be resistant to UV radiation, low and high atmospheric temperatures. They shall be resistant to chemical and biological effects. They shall be equipped with at least two wheels, with a wheel diameter of at least 200 mm; Warranty - Minimum 12 months from the date of signing the handover and acceptance report. Photographic material of the container shall be attached. A sample of the proposed plastic bins shall be provided. The bins for separate waste collection shall be new. The quantity of concrete park bins for separate waste collection to be supplied is 60 units. Volume 3x30 l. Dimensions: Length minimum 680 mm; Width minimum 370 mm; Height minimum 600 mm. The bin shall have internal galvanized receptacles for collecting recyclable waste. The waste bin shall be made of high-strength concrete with a homogeneous mosaic structure. The surface shall be treated with a protective coating that reduces the accumulation of dirt and increases resistance to aggressive atmospheric conditions. Signs indicating the separate collection of paper, plastic, and glass shall be embedded in the concrete structure. Warranty - Minimum 12 months from the date of signing the handover and acceptance report. Photographic material of the concrete bins for separate waste collection shall be attached. A sample of the proposed concrete park bins for separate waste collection shall be provided. New concrete bins for collecting light household waste: 20 units; Minimum 30 liters; Diameter minimum 400 mm; Height minimum 850 mm. The concrete bin shall be made of reinforced fiber concrete treated with UV- and water-resistant stone varnish and protected against corrosion. A lid shall be made and fitted to the bin that prevents water from entering, and a stainless-steel ashtray shall be mounted on it. Warranty - Minimum 12 months from the date of signing the handover and acceptance report. Photographic material of the concrete bins shall be attached. A sample of the proposed concrete bins for collecting light household waste shall be provided. The lid shall be powder-coated. An internal galvanized receptacle shall be added to the concrete bin. The metal bins for separate waste collection from the administrative buildings shall be new, totaling 45 units (of which 15 yellow metal bins, 15 green metal bins, and 15 blue metal bins). Minimum 70 liters; color: Yellow for plastic, green for glass, and blue for paper. Dimensions: Depth minimum 300 mm; Width minimum 300 mm; Height minimum 700 mm. The bins shall be metal. The surface shall be treated with polyester powder coating. The filling lid shall have a spring mechanism allowing automatic closure. Warranty - Minimum 12 months from the date of delivery and the handover and acceptance report.
