Opportunity description

The Management Board of “Electricity Distribution Networks West” EAD, as a sectoral contracting authority for public procurement within the meaning of Art. 5, para. 4, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), carrying out a sectoral activity within the meaning of Art. 123, item 2 in conjunction with Art. 125, para. 1, item 1 and § 2, item 60 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), on the basis of special or exclusive rights within the meaning of § 2, item 47 of the PPA, establishes a qualification system pursuant to Art. 141 of the PPA, with the subject: “Property” insurance of long-term and short-term tangible assets owned by “Electricity Distribution Networks West” EAD. The term of validity of the qualification system is 60 (sixty) months, starting from the date of its publication in the Centralized Automated Information System “Electronic Public Procurement” (CAIS EPP). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change its term of validity under the conditions of Art. 141, para. 2 of the PPA. The contracts under the qualification system will be performed at the location of the insured property. The addresses of the insured property are in accordance with the activities of the Contracting Authority on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and the inventory books of “Electricity Distribution Networks West” EAD.
