Opportunity description

The scope of the procurement with the subject: "Service maintenance of the system of the National Chemicals Information Bureau" includes the following activities: 1. Maintenance of operating system backups using disk images; 2. Maintenance of a software component for automatically checking system activity at specified time intervals and restarting the services supporting the information system (Watchdog); 3. Maintenance of a software component for periodic automatic archiving of the database and transaction files in order to provide backup copies of the information and prevent data loss; 4. Maintenance of a history of archive copies created during automatic periodic archiving; 5. Automatic reindexing of the database in order to ensure data validity and improve system performance; 6. Maintenance of a software component for periodic recovery of database disk space and updating of statistical information on tabular data in order to maintain an operational system with concurrent access to it; 7. Reinstallation, where necessary, of the information system and its database on a new hardware or virtual platform provided for this purpose; 8. Access to the NCIB system for officials in the administration shall be provided in accordance with the Electronic Governance Act (EGA), incl. through personal identification with a qualified electronic signature (QES) certificate, whereby the QES creation devices through which identification is performed must meet the requirements of Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament (EP) and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and repealing Directive 1999/93/EC (amended by Regulation (EU) No 2024/1183); 9. Provision of mechanisms for implementing future changes to the system necessitated by changes in the legal framework. Such changes shall be made throughout the entire period of operation of the system, including during service maintenance. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 4,920 EUR.
