Opportunity description

The subject of the public procurement is “Demolition of buildings no longer needed – Varna and Gorna Oryahovitsa regions”, and it is divided into two lots: Lot No. 1 “Demolition of buildings no longer needed in the Varna region”; Lot No. 2 “Demolition of buildings no longer needed in the Gorna Oryahovitsa region”. The performance of the public procurement provides for the preparation of design documentation, demolition of buildings no longer needed owned by State Enterprise Air Traffic Control, activities involving the sorting, collection, transportation and delivery of construction waste for subsequent recovery and recycling in accordance with the requirements of the Waste Management Act and the Ordinance on Construction Waste Management and the Use of Recycled Construction Materials, as well as levelling the sites after completion of the demolition of the buildings. Detailed information on all activities, including their scope, volume and place of performance, as well as the requirements for performance of the procurement, is specified in separate Technical Specifications for each lot, which form part of the public procurement documentation.​​​​​​ The subject of the procurement under Lot No. 2 “Demolition of buildings no longer needed in the Gorna Oryahovitsa region” will be performed within the territory of Veliko Tarnovo Province – Gorna Oryahovitsa Airport, and includes: preparation of design documentation; demolition of buildings no longer needed owned by State Enterprise Air Traffic Control; activities involving the sorting, collection, transportation and delivery of construction waste for subsequent recovery and recycling in accordance with the requirements of the Waste Management Act and the Ordinance on Construction Waste Management and the Use of Recycled Construction Materials; levelling the sites after completion of the demolition of the buildings.
