The Contracting Authority does not undertake to consume the indicated quantities in full. The contract will be performed according to the actual needs of the Contracting Authority, with payment made on the basis of the heat energy actually supplied and recorded, at prices approved by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (KEVR) for the relevant period.
